leopard baby?

My 3.5 month old woke up with faint orange spots on his scalp this morning.
He has no history of cradle cap, dermatitis, etc, so I have no idea what
this is. My first thought is some sort of reaction to something I ate -
which was shrimp, fish, and scallops for dinner last night.
Any ideas?

The same thing happened to Alena for a while.
Some baby oil with tea tree oil mixed in, soaked on the head for a while
cured it in two tries.
