BTW, the headlines in Missouri papers read:

DFS in *complete breakdown*. Which means that the bureaucrats have held the
Child Support Enforcement arm of DFS may be operating illegally.

Cletus heads this group based in the more rural parts of Missouri.

Families must network and support each other.

Missouri also has an active VOCAL = Victims of Child Abuse Laws, based in St.
Louis.

Family support groups meets monthly on the 2nd Friday of every month. Located
in the Normandy section of St. Louis.

How good of you to interpret what the headlines really mean, especially since you
neglected to include either the article or a link to the article. Wouldn't want
anyone to read the newspaper article behind the headlines and actually draw his
or her own conclusions, would we, Fern?
