The suits seek the support payments that should have been withheld, $500
fines, court costs and attorneys' fees
The Legislature made a $1.5 million budget transfer to Nixon's office to
handle the additional duties. The equivalent of 40 socialist storm tropper
service workers now work for the attorney general.

In the future, Nixon says he plans to go after non-custodial parents who
have state professional licenses and he says he'll sue to take their
licenses if they don't pay up.

From the article:

"Vonda Pippin, 36, of Festus, is among those who could benefit from one of the
suits. She says her ex-husband has worked for a family-owned towing company
sued by the attorney general. The suit contends that Pippin Towing Inc. in
Festus has failed to withhold $11,380 in child support owed to Vonda Pippin."

At least they didn't claim that her kids would benefit. Later in the article,
Mr. Big Daddy claims that no child should "do without neccessities" because
child support isn't paid....GEE, if the child is doing without "neccessities"
while in someone's care..........shouldn't that someone be given at least PART
of the responsibility for not supplying the "neccessities"?

Must be an election year in Misery.
