No. Not what I was expecting. Father's are needed, but the violence thing

It is very poorly written, indeed; however:

1. Children do better when both parents are involved in their
rearing.
2. Safety is an issue.
3. The current system does not act in the best interests of
children, primarily by blocking their access to their fathers.
