Pangborn, it's doubtful that they're the same person. While it might be
possible to perpetuate a scam, I don't think it'd be worth the effort. It would
take two internet accounts and two usenet accounts at the very least.

You might be right. I just looked at the message headers which was easy enough.
I'm not taking up for him (or them). That sort of scam goes on all the time.
I've suspected some others in this ng of the same thing.

Too many users of usenet are more interested in playing games than in useful
dialogue.

I've only reported one abuser to his ISP in 9 years. It was in another ng. I
don't know if they pulled his account, or if he just gave up. At any rate, he
disappeared when thet sent acknowledgement of the abuse complaint.

With all the other abuse, I don't consider this issue important enough to persue
to any great length.

law enforcement. There are laws that cover that sort of thing.

In this case, if you are to believe Moore that I am Ken Pangborn, as
well as a litany of others being Ken at the same time, then Ken would have
accounts on about 30 to 40 different ISP's. If Moore has ruined Ken's
business (which he claims to have done) then it is doubtful that Ken could
afford all these accounts from real traceable ISP's. Several of which are
outside the United States. Others scattered all over the United States.
Moore claims he has absolute proof all over his website not just on that all
these people are Ken, but on perhaps a few thousand other issues. Looking at
the history of Moore's website that was on more than a dozen different
servers in the U.S. being kicked off them all, one of which "Skyport" placed

Both Ken and I have posted dozens of old message with Google traces on
the situation with Moore. Moore does his best to try to lie his way out of
it, such as falsely claiming that the messages were written by Ken, when in
fact they were written by Joe O'Connor, John Reinhagen and many others.
Again now claiming that O'Connor and Reinhagen were really aliases of Ken.
That's the way Moore handles any disagreement with him. He either outright
accuses the people of being Ken, or he dismisses them as sock puppets. Moore
has claimed that if anyone could prove "just one thing" on his website false
he would remove it immediately. Countless people have disproved many things
on that site. For example, Moore has a message there supposedly from a
lawyer Moore claims was an associate of Ken's. The simple truth is that this
"lawyer" is a figment of Moore's mind. One that Moore has come to believe
really exists. The lawyer supposedly practices law in Baltimore. Yet
according to the Bar Associations in Maryland there has never been a lawyer
there by anything close to that name. The only part that checks out at all
is that there are many Lawyers in Baltimore with the first name Robert. We
could go to some of the former clients he says were Ken's. It is just naked
fiction, some are named after Moore's neighbors, some after streets in his
home town, and one is named after a Junior College a few miles away. Moore
would have you believe that all this is real. His arguments make you feel
like to are watching Judy Garland in the Wizard of Oz as Toto pulls the
curtain back and the "Wizard" says; "Pay no attention to that man behind the
curtain." That pretty well sums up David Moore's sick twisted life. Moore
doesn't even really start his best lying until he has been caught in one of
his obvious whoppers.

The one thing that defines David Moore, as Ken has said countless times
is that Moore is completely void of any "character" whatsoever! He hasn't a
shred of it in him. The only "honor" Moore has is "dishonor." Countless
times Moore has threatened Ken or his wife and daughters. Of course Ken
knows that Moore is a coward and all of that is just his act. Ken's
youngest daughter could probably flatten Moore without breaking a sweat.

Moore claims I am Ken, but he knows better, he's tried to call my
employer (part time) to get me fired. His act on Usenet is really just David
Moore being David Moore. A really pathetic man with an obsession that makes
him quite mentally ill!
