Thank you, I DO appreciate it.
To the rest of you hateful, nasty, hurtful people....God forgive you.
My son is 4 years old and misses hid Dad terribly. His "possessions"
included videos of himself and his son, a silver chain my son gave him
for his birthday and CDs that his father cherished because he was such
a music lover. THESE are the things I want back for him since he'll
never have his father to hold or play with or talk to. His brother
has taken away the chance of Sean having a better understanding of who
his father was. His brother is also taking away a possible better
childhood for his OWN daughter by not paying child support and hiding
from the law. I just thought I could help 2 children out of all this
pain.

least I never wanted to experience it firsthand like I have in these

Maybe you should read some of the posts to get a better idea of what the
group is about before you just start posting. Granted the majority of
newsgroups out there are pro-custodial parent and anti-ncp and you wouldn't
have been given any grief whatsoever from them, but this is one teeny tiny
little place where a ncp can rage and vent. And, from what I've seen, in
spite of it being mostly pro-ncp, most of the people here will listen to
what a cp has to say and offer information and support if there is good
reason to. They will also question a posters motives and maybe provide
insight to why a poster feels justified in doing or not doing something.
You haven't been on usenet for very long if you haven't realized that people
can be vicious.

Maybe you should read some of the posts to get a better idea of what the
group is about before you just start posting. Granted the majority of

the flows of money that are called (misleadingly) "child support." This
news group is not about supporting people who think they should be
getting the money. For that, Desiree, you will have to start a news
group called "alt.child-support-support." You could call it "AC

brother was not paying child support. Did he stop paying after his
brother died? Or had he not been paying for a longer period of time?
If he had not been paying for a considerable time, why did you not try
to report him earlier? Or was his taking of your husband's things the
trigger that caused you to want to report him? In other words, was it
the child who was not being supported that concerned you? Or the fact
that he took what you considered to be your son's?

The language alone is quite degrading...
And about the email, I honestly did that by accident...I use Outlook Express
and (as you may know) the reply (as in send an email to the person posting)
and reply to group buttons are right next to each other. I must have hit the
wrong one...I know I have done that before too...I am sorry and I will be
more careful that it does not happen again....
