BURGLARIZING BABY BLOOD...

REPOST

ATTENTION Securities & Exchange Commission/SEC ):

"CRYO-CELL is a publicly traded company and is governed by the Securities &
Exchange Commission."

http://www.cryo-cell.com/investors.asp

CRYO-CELL (CCELL) is encouraging the temporary asphyxiation of babies and/or
interruption of natural transfusion from the placenta - see quotes below.
This possibly causes AUTISM and CEREBRAL PALSY in some babies; see Morley
quote below.

CRYO-CELL is encouraging an obvious mass obstetric felony.

ATTENTION Securities & Exchange Commission/SEC ): It is
wrong for a company (CCELL) to profit from a mass felony. Please stop
CRYO-CELL from encouraging this mass felony committed by OBs.

NOTE: OBs should stop the mass felony voluntarily - or be made to stop. In
regard to the latter, law enforcement officers like Oregon Attorney General
Hardy MEYERS and Disneyland DA Tony RACKAUCKAS have been silent so far. I
am copyinng them again. See below.

PREGNANT WOMEN: Babies are forced to donate blood every day.

Will YOUR baby make an involuntary blood donation?

REMEMBER: Immediately after birth, babies transfuse a LOT of blood back to
themselves - from their placentas.

OBs and CNMwives are temporarily asphyxiating babies to stop this
transfusion - by immediately clamping cords to harvest cord and placenta
blood.

Please tell your OBs and CNMwives: LET THE UMBILICAL CORD STOP PULSATING
BEFORE CLAMPING - i.e. - let BABIES decide how much blood they wish to
VOLUNTARILY donate.

Attention: American Association of Blood Banks/AABB: You are dedicated to
encouraging the VOLUNTARY donation of blood (see quote below).

Please stop your cord blood bank members from encouraging OBs and CNMwives
to force babies to make INVOLUNTARY blood donations...

Please see the end of this post.

ABSOLUTELY NO RISK!????

CRYO-CELL International Inc. says:

"Cord blood is collected from the umbilical cord IMMEDIATELY after the birth
[in the same manner as it would be for normal delivery of the baby]...There
is absolutely no pain or risk to the mother or child during the collection
process since the blood is harvested from the cord once it has been clamped
and cut."
http://www.cryo-cell.com/a_how.html (emphasis added)

(Note CRYO-CELL's pretense that clamping and cutting the cord is not part of
the collection process.)

Michael,

You write:

"The more blood that is collected, the more stem cells that will be
available for later use."

WARNING #1: Immediate cord clamping temporarily asphyxiates and robs the
baby of up to 50%
of the blood cells s/he would otherwise have transfused to him/herself.
[Mercer JS. J Midwifery Womens Health. 2001 Nov-Dec;46(6):402-14. PubMed
abstract]

WARNING #2: The placenta is a natural oxygenation/transfusion device. Do
not allow the obstetrician to amputate the placenta (clamp/cut the baby's
cord) until the cord has stopped pulsating and the baby is pink, breathing
and not in need of resuscitation. See Dr. George Malcolm Morley's DYNAMITE
quote below.

Immediate cord clamping is an obvious felony.

One does NOT temporarily asphyxiate a baby and/or stop natural transfusion
of blood from the placenta...

Yet immediate cord clamping is ACOG's standard of care...

(ACOG is the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.)

Here is ACOG Practice Bulletin B138 (re-affirmed Feb 2002):

"...Immediately after delivery of the neonate, a segment of umbilical cord
should be doubly clamped, divided, and placed on the delivery table pending
assessment of the five minute Apgar score."
--1991 (re-affirmed Feb 2002) ACOG Committee opinion: Bulletin 138 - April
1994 (replaces #91, February 1991)
From quotes compiled mainly by Eileen Simon from the Harvard Medical School
Libraryhttp://www.cordclamping.com/History.htm

IS IMMEDIATE CORD CLAMPINIG CAUSING AUTISM AND CEREBRAL PALSY?

Retired obstetrician George Malcolm Morley, MB ChB FACOG writes:

"ACOG's routine treatment (B138) of these depressed neonates is immediate
cord clamping to obtain cord blood pH studies. The child's only functioning
source of oxygen - the placenta - is amputated together with 30% to 50+% of
its natural blood volume. Total asphyxia is imposed until the lungs
function, and the depressed (asphyxiated, hypovolemic) child starts its
extra-uterine life in hypovolemic shock...

"B138 was first published in 1993. Every cesarean section baby, every
depressed child, every premie, and every child born with a neonatal team in
the delivery room has its cord clamped immediately to facilitate the
panicked rush to the resuscitation table. The current epidemic of immediate
cord clamping coincides with an epidemic of autism.

"For the trial lawyers, it is essential that the 'true genesis' of cerebral
palsy remains unknown, because that 'true genesis' (B.138) is a standard of
medico-legal care..."

HERE IS THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS/AAP POLICY STATEMENT ON CORD
BLOOD BANKING...

"There may be a temptation to practice immediate cord clamping
aggressively to increase the volume of cord blood that can be harvested for
cord blood banking. This practice is unethical and should be discouraged."

WHAT?! ALL immediate cord clamping - asphyxiation of babies or "mere"
interruption of transfusion - is "unethical" - an obvious FELONY...One does
NOT rob babies of blood.

Here is a fuller excerpt of AAPs statement:

"The importance of larger numbers of stem cells to the success of
engraftment
could encourage the attendance at delivery by a physician or other health
care personnel to attempt to harvest more cord blood. It has been shown that
the timing of umbilical cord clamping has an important effect on the
neonatal blood volume and the subsequent hematologic status. If cord
clamping is done too soon after birth, the infant may be deprived of a
placental blood transfusion, resulting in lower blood volume and increased
risk for anemia in later life. Immediate cord clamping will, of course,
increase the volume of placental blood for harvesting for cord blood
banking. There may be a temptation to practice immediate cord clamping
aggressively to increase the volume of cord blood that can be harvested for
cord blood banking. This practice is unethical and should be discouraged."

Pediatrics, Volume 104, Number 1, July 1999, pp 116-118.

Again quoting CRYO-CELL International Inc.:

"The more blood that is collected, the more stem cells that will be
available for later use."

"Cord blood is collected from the umbilical cord IMMEDIATELY after the birth

CRYO-CELL/Michael E. Trigg, MD:

You are pretending that ACOG's obvious felony standard of care
(euphemistically called immediate cord clamping) is not part of your
collection process. (See quote above.)

Please stop your pretense - help stop temporary asphyxiation/involuntary
blood donation by babies.

Please promote the practice of letting BABIES decide how much blood they
need at birth.

Insist that OBs and CNMwives harvest only what babies VOLUNTARLY donate.

Thanks.

Sincerely,

Todd

PS1 FOR ASPHYXIATED, BRAIN-INJURED CHILDREN

Since hospitals have been allowing "experimental and unproven" DENIAL of
oxygen (immediate cord clamping)...

Hospitals should OFFER "experimental and unproven" oxygen to brain-injured
babies - i.e. - they should be forced to purchase "experimental and
unproven" oxygenation devices - HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy/HBOT chambers -
and offer the therapy free...

Kelly Moscarello, mother of little Bella, wrote on Sept. 6, 2004 that she
will be taking her brain-injured Bella for more HBOT treatments:

"My husband and I our three young children will be driving from Ohio to
Florida sometime this week to go to Dr. Neubauers' medical center where he
will be treating Isabella for her brain injury..."
http://www.childrenofpromise.net/isabellam.html

In asking for contributions, Kelly says that little Bella "made substantial
progress" after her first HBOT treatments....

"The therapy below is $200.00 per treatment. Generally as many as 120
treatments are necessary done in rounds of 40. This therapy is considered
'alternative' and it's effectiveness is still in the evaluation stages.
Because of this it is not yet covered by insurance. Many children with
Cerebral Palsy (including Isabella) have made substantial progress as a
result of undergoing HBOT. If you wish to contribute to this therapy, please
send your check or money order to Children of the Promise, Inc., 405 Shady
Pine Lane, Newcomb, TN 37819. Be sure to put on your check 'For Cassandra's
Therapy'. All funds received go directly to the service provider. You will
receive a letter of receipt for tax purposes and all gifts are tax
deductible."
http://www.childrenofpromise.net/isabellam.html

Incidentally, it was Kelly Moscarello who called my attention back to the
immediate cord clamping felony - after Canadian grandma Donna Young first
called my atttention to it.

I've noted previously that Melissa at HyperTech, Inc (which manufactures
HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy chambers) told me she had a brain-injured child
and said she was so impressed by the effect of
HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy/HBOT on her child that she now works for the
company.

Melissa said that HyberBaric Oxygen Therapy/HBOT chambers lease for roughly
$2000 to $6000
per month - and the lease includes training for one therapist - which can be
the mother of the child being treated.

According to the HyperTech, Inc website, Lease / Purchase financing is
readily available to qualified buyers through
HyperTec Financial Services, Inc.

NOTE: I make no money promoting the sale and use of Hyperbaric Oxygen
Therapy chambers. Ask your doctor about them. Also ask your doctor to 1)
help stop doctors from asphyxiating babies and 2) promote the notion that
doctors and hospitals that have been DENYING oxygen should be paying to
OFFER it - i.e. - they should offer free HBOT therapy.

PS2 Strange as it sounds (though certainly no stranger than OBs asphyxiating
babies!) - OBs are closing birth canals up to 30%...

GOOD NEWS! Just like it's easy to stop OBs from asphyxiating babies...

It's easy for women to allow their birth canals to OPEN the "extra" up to
30%...

I will cc the usual law enforcement suspects (who are remaining entirely
silent babies be damned):

Oregon Attorney General Hardy Meyers, Disneyland DA Tony Rackauckas and
Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice.

I've written to these law enforcement personnel multiple times...

Every state has its own statutory definition of a felony. Most are in line
with the federal definition of a felony as a crime which carries a sentence
of imprisonment for more than one year or the death penalty...
