Well, it seems that there are several triggers to my NVP. Having
discovered them, things really seem to have improved immensely.

1) Orange juice
2) Toothpaste
3) Flossing my teeth.
4) Cheese

Pasta definitely seems to go down well, as do ham sandwiches (ham
cooked at home), boiled eggs and toast.

Oh, and ham subs from Jersey Mike's - they are DIVINE!Scrummy bread,
scrummy mayonnaise, juicy tomatoes and yum.

Ha - I couldn't get enough OJ with DS and cheese was something that would
almost always stop the nausea .... different people, different triggers.

BUT a lot of people have a problem brushing their teeth.
I found that an electric toothbrush helped and also to brush several times a
day *quickly* so as not to gag. Also rinsing and spitting *a lot* and
leaving the tap water running also helped(*bad* ecologist).

yep, I had that problem, but I was lucky, I'd just had my wisdom teeth
removed and due to various issues I was told not to clean my teeth as
frequently as usual!

I had to use the electric toothbrush the first few months too. Now I
can use the normal one if I concentrate VERY hard on not gagging. If I
think I will gag, then I hum - constant loud humming helps you to not
gag. Also the rinsing and spitting is often what made me gag after all
my hard humming work!

Ahha- with me it was the foam in my mouth...hence the rinsing and spitting.

Glad you found the triggers and also found some good things to have!!

I lived on white foods and am back on that kick for some reason. Oh well.
We do what we have to do!
