CDC F'ing AMERICA'S BABIES

(Breastfeeding-related stuff is at the end of this post.)

OPEN LETTER (archived for global access at http://groups.google.com)

Attorney General Hardy Myers
State of Oregon

Hardy,

Please stop the injection of the cumulative poison fluoride/hydrofluoric
acid into Oregon drinking water.

Please do so before next week's CDC-sponsored "celebration" of the ongoing
poisoning of America's drinking water. (National Fluoridation Symposium 2005
in Chicago on July 13-16.)

THE POISONING IS OBVIOUSLY ILLEGAL...

The common law doctrine of informed consent holds that it is a battery to
administer medication without consent. Even administration of GOOD medicine
without consent is a battery.

The fact that medication without consent is a battery is likely the reason
that the American Dental Association calls the cumulative poison fluoride a
"nutrient." The cumulative poison fluoride is NOT a nutrient. It is causing
rampant dental fluorosis (and likely other diseases; see below) and there
are no known fluoride deficiency diseases.

THE POISONING IS NOT NECESSARY...

Both CDC and the American Dental Association have admitted that the
fluoride/hydrofluoric acid poison acts TOPICALLY. The poison need never
have been targeted at bloodstreams via the water supply in the first place -
there was never any need to drink the stuff - people who want it for their
teeth can use poisoned toothpaste. (Fluoridated toothpaste is indeed
poisoned. Each tube has a poison warning. See www.aquasafe.us.)

THE POISONING AND SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS...

BONE CANCER COVER-UP

OREGON MENTIONED

Environmental chemist and toxicologist Paul Connett, PhD mentioned the State
of Oregon in his July 6, 2005 protest letter to Julie Gerberding, MD at CDC.

Dr. Connett wrote:

....the CDC is currently engaged in actively supporting mandatory
fluoridation in Arkansas, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Oregon, without even
waiting for a three year review by the National Research Council (at the
request of the US EPA) of fluoride's toxicology in water due out in February
2006.

So with these thoughts in mind, could you please have someone in your agency
respond to these health concerns:

1. Bottle-fed infants are being overdosed. Babies fed formula made up with
fluoridated water will receive a daily fluoride dose that is 100 -200 times
(10,000 * 20,000%) more than breast-fed infants.

2. Clear evidence that kids are being overdosed: Dental fluorosis is
rampant. Originally, proponents claimed that fluoridation at 1 ppm would
only cause Œvery mild¹ dental fluorosis (fluoride-induced staining and
mottling of teeth) in 10% of children. However, in America, 30% children
have dental fluorosis in fluoridated communities and over 10% of kids have
dental fluorosis in unfluoridated communities (Heller, 1997).

3. Health concerns in children.

A. Bone cancer cover up. A recent Harvard PhD thesis shows that if young
boys are exposed to fluoride during their 6th, 7th and 8th years their risk
of osteosarcoma (a rare but frequently fatal bone cancer) increases
sevenfold (Bassin, 2001). However, on at least two occasions, Bassin¹s
thesis adviser, Professor Chester Douglass (a consultant for Colgate) has
concealed these findings, see http://www.ewg.org

Our analysis of the significance of Bassin's findings can be found at these
two pdf files which we recently submitted to the NRC review panel.

http://fluoridealert.org/health/cancer/fan-nrc.part1.pdf
http://fluoridealert.org/health/cancer/fan-nrc.part2.pdf

B. Bone fractures. Bone fractures increase as the severity of dental
fluorosis increases (Alarcon-Herrera, 2001).

C. Lowered Intelligence. IQ in children is lowered at 1.8 ppm (Xiang,
2003). There is no margin of safety here for this serious end point.

4. Health Concerns in adults.

A. Arthritis. The early symptoms of fluoride poisoning of the bones and
ligaments are identical to arthritis, a complaint which now impacts one in
three adults in the US (CDC, 2002). Incredibly, there has been no attempt by
the CDC to check the fluoride levels in the bones of those inflicted by this
disease.

B. Hip fractures. In the majority of studies conducted since 1990, a
higher rate of hip fractures in the elderly has been found in fluoridated
compared with unfluoridated areas (www.fluorideaction.net/health/bone/). In
particular, a recent study of the elderly in six Chinese villages, found
that hip fracture rates doubled at 1.5 ppm, and tripled at 4.3 ppm, when
compared to the 1 ppm fluoride village (Li, 2001).

C. Alzheimer¹s Disease. A study on rats showed that water at 1 ppm increased
the uptake of aluminum into the brain along with the formation of beta
amyloid plagues which are a classic marker for Alzheimer¹s disease (Varner,
1998).

5. Hypersensitivity. Some people are hypersensitive to fluoride. Their
symptoms (excessive fatigue, excessive thirst, gastric distress, muscular
weakness, etc) are reversed when the source of fluoride is removed
www.fluorideaction.net/health/allergy Inexplicably, the CDC has not pursued
these reports with careful scientific studies.

6. Increased uptake of lead by children. Two epidemiological studies
associate the use of silicofluorides with a greater uptake of lead into
children's blood and increased violent behavior (Masters & Coplan, 1999,
2000).

7) The accumulation of fluoride in the human pineal gland (Luke, 2001) and
the lowering of melatonin production in animal studies (Luke, PhD thesis
1997). This latter study is the first study to have exposed animals from
birth to fluoridated water, in an effort to mimic the situation of a bottle
fed baby in which the formula is made up with fluoridated tap water (see 1.
above).

8) Lowered thyroid function. Galleti and Joyet (1958) were able to lower the
thyroid function of people with overactive thyroid gland with doses of
fluoride as low as 2.3 - 4.5 mg per day, which will be exceeded by some
individuals in fluoridated communities. Bachinskii et al., 1985 found that
otherwise normal people had their thyroid function lowered at 2.3 ppm
fluoride in their drinking water.

9) Reproductive problems. Numerous animal studies indicate that fluoride
interferes with the male reproductive system. Freni (1984) found a lowering
of fertility in couples in US Counties with 3 ppm or more of fluoride in
their water. A very recent animal study found interference with the male
reproductive system at the remarkably low levels of just over 2 ppm fluoride
in their water, which is the human equivalent of less than 0.5 ppm fluoride
(it takes about five times as much fluoride to yield a comparable plasma
level in a rat as a human). (T. Pushpalatha, M. Srinivas & P. Sreenivasula
Reddy (2005) Exposure to high fluoride concentration in drinking water will
affect
spermatogenesis and steroidogenesis in male albino rats BioMetals 18:207*212
)

10) Would CDC please comment on what they think would be adequate margin of
safety to protect the most vulnerable and the most exposed members of
society from these end points?

I say again, Hardy...

Please stop the injection of the cumulative poison fluoride/hydrofluoric
acid into Oregon drinking water.

Please do so before next week's CDC-sponsored "celebration" of the ongoing
poisoning of America's drinking water.

I will copy CDC via: http://www.cdc.gov/netinfo.htm.

Thanks.

PS As noted above, Dr. Connett indicated to CDC that - relative to
breastfeeding - bottlefeeding with fluoridated water overdoses babies with
the cumulative poison fluoride.

Women should not only be warned about bottlefeeding with fluoridated water -
they should also be warned that by not breastfeeding they are denying their
babies free daily immunizations.

Just as incredible as CDC promoting poison in drinking water is the bizarre
spectacle of CDC's National Immunization Program FAILING to promote free
daily immunizations for babies.

I wrote to CDC about this in 2002...

See CDC silent on free daily immunization fluid for babies...WHY?
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/
misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/d82e78021aa1be50?hl=en

Our National Institutes of Health/NIH know that breastfeeding mothers scan
for pathogens and manufacture specific immunizations for their babies
daily...

RFA: *AI-95-004
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/g uide/rfa-files/RFA-AI-95-004.html

Why isn't CDC telling American women that they are free daily IMMUNIZERS of
their babies if they breastfeed?

Why is CDC "celebrating" poisoning of America's babies?

Here again is that quote from Dr. Connett's letter to CDC:

"Bottle-fed infants are being overdosed. Babies fed formula made up with
fluoridated water will receive a daily fluoride dose that is 100 -200 times
(10,000 * 20,000%) more than breast-fed infants."

REMEMBER HARDY: The fluoride poison doesn't even prevent cavities all that
well (if at all!) - as it causes "rampant" dental fluorosis - and it
shouldn't even BE in the water! CDC now admits it works TOPICALLY.

And the kicker is: It's an obvious CRIME - mass battery! (See the very
beginning of this post.)

Which is why I say yet again, Hardy...

ATSDR/CDC COULD STOP THE F CRIME - TOMORROW...

Annette,

CDC is co-sponsoring a "celebration" of a crime - mass medication without
consent with a cumulative poison. See below.

My specific question is why?

Todd

Dr. Gastaldo
Hillsboro, Oregon

PS NOTE WELL:

CDC admits that the cumulative poison acts TOPICALLY - it doesn't even NEED
to be in the water. It may not even prevent cavities - according to the
best research, it saves less than 1 tooth surface in 128 at best! See
www.fluoridealert.org.

If people want the poison they can brush with poisoned
toothpaste.(Fluoridated toothpaste is indeed poisoned. Each tube has a
poison warning. See www.aquasafe.us.)

I note that CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry/ATSDR
"works with states and other federal agencies to prevent exposure to
hazardous substances from waste sites."
http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/DRO/r1.html

EMERGENCY: A hazardous substance (hydrofluorosilicic acid w/ arsenic and
lead) from phosphate fertilizer waste sites/scrubbers is being injected into
America's water supply. (Some municipalities are using "pure" poison -
sodium fluoride.)

CDC's ATSDR needs to simply DO ITS JOB and stop/prevent this 60-year-old
ongoing hazardous substance crime - NOW.

ATSDR should act before the CDC starts "celebrating" 60 years of the obvious
water poisoning crime next week.
