THE PROBLEM...
Scientists were either paid to cover-up the ravages of low dose
fluoride/hydrofluoric acid mass cumulative poison chemotherapy
(³fluoridation²) - or they behaved very unscientifically for free...
According to a 2004 book, the powerful nuclear and aluminum industries
(including the US government) massively polluted the environment with the
cumulative poison fluorine and to avoid paying massive damages successfully
created a pristine image for the fluoride poison: ³fluoridation.²

has been concealing evidence that boys subjected to the mass poison

son to osteosarcoma following surgery.
Tony asked: " If...it was something in our water...[w]hy did it effect him
and not others?"
You responded:
"[Dr.] Elise Bassin's Harvard University PhD thesis...indicates a seven fold
increase in osteosarcoma among young boys exposed to fluoridated water in
their 6th, 7th and 8th years..."
You noted "Professor Chester Douglass has concealed this information from
the scientific community and his funders (see Boston Globe, July 13,
2005)..."
You forgot to mention to Tony two important facts:
1. Under the common law doctrine of informed consent, medication without
consent is a CRIME/battery.
2. Even GOOD medicine administered without consent is a battery... See THOR
in The F Crime [#2], reproduced below.
Even if the cumulative poison fluoride somehow PREVENTED osteosarcoma it
would still be a crime to administer it without consent.
Paul, as you ponder ways to use ALL your skills to save children, it should
not take much skill for you to finally use your FAN CAMPAIGN Bulletin to
start calling upon your ³troops² to start reporting the obvious crime to
district attorneys and attorney generals.
I am reporting (yet again/via this email) to my state¹s attorney general *
Oregon Atty Genl Hardy Myers * via .
It would not hurt for Hardy to receive emails from other Oregonians calling
for an end to the mass medication crime.
Attorney generals in EVERY state should start receiving email protests.
If I were a boy about to have my leg amputated because of osteosarcoma, I
would want law enforcement officers enforcing the law to stop mass mandatory
medication with the cumulative poison fluoride.
Bottomline, we are both using the same emotional appeal.
But I am appealing to LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Specifically, I am appealing to the Oregon law enforcement officer who has
the power to immediately stop the massive crime * and prosecute.
Why not use your FAN CAMPAIGN Bulletin to encourage anti-fluoride protesters
in every jurisdiction in America to appeal/report the crime to his/her
state¹s top law enforcement officer?
It doesn't take much skill to do that.

Speaking of intolerable EPA behavior * don¹t forget the F crime.
EPA is allowing cumulative poison (hydrofluorosilicic acid) from Florida¹s
phosphate fertilizer industry to be injected into the drinking water all
across America (euphemism for the poisoning is "fluoridation").
EPA is allowing this cumulative poison/³medication² to be administered
criminally (see THOR below) to large populations (many people do not consent
and in fact vehemently oppose being forcibly medicated).
CDC interfaces with EPA and is actually CELEBRATING this bizarre water
poisoning crime this week.
As I recently wrote to EPA and CDC addressees:
CDC admits that the cumulative poison acts TOPICALLY - it doesn't even NEED
to be in the water. It may not even prevent cavities - according to the
best research, it saves less than 1 tooth surface in 128 at best. See

I noted that if people want the poison they can brush with poisoned
toothpaste.(Fluoridated toothpaste is indeed poisoned. Each tube has a

I noted further that CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease

"works with states and other federal agencies to prevent exposure to

Here is the common law cite that Paul is ignoring (I am told that all states
have similar common law)...
The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993
case of Daniel Thor v. The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:
"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]
KEY POINT: Obviously, according to THOR, even if fluoride/hydrofluoric acid
were GOOD medicine, administering it without everyone's consent
("fluoridation") would still be a crime/battery.
Last year, when I asked Paul Connett, PhD why he was ignoring the common law
which indicates that fluoridation is a crime, he referred me to (gave me the
email address for) a Florida attorney * Doug Balog * who assured me that
fluoridation is NOT a crime * because of the Florida QUILES decision (which
Atty Balog brought and lost).
So I read the Florida QUILES decision * rubberstamped by the Florida Supreme
Court in 2002.
I found that under QUILES * fluoridation is not medication because Florida
cities are fluoridating FAUCETS, not bloodstreams! (REMEMBER NORA: CDC
itself now admits that the cumulative poison should never have been targeted
at bloodstreams in the first place * it works TOPICALLY.)
