View Full Version : 25/27 Week appt update!

August 8th 03, 06:19 PM
Well I see everyone posting this stuff so I will also. :)

My wifes Dr. appt went well. She is right on target for her Weight gain.
Only 3 lbs last month. The baby is becoming very active. When the Dr. put
a microphone thing on her belly to listen to the baby. Well the baby kicked
the microphone. That was kinda funny. The debate still goes on with the Dr
and the UltraSound Tech. One is saying my wife is 25 weeks and the other is
saying 27 weeks. Hey is only 2 weeks. Its getting hardder and hardder for
my wife to sleep. Any ideas on how to help her sleep. She is sleeping on
her left side and sometimes back or right side. Well thats all from here.
I will keep everyone posted..

2 weeks can make a big difference. If it gets to the end, one is
saying she is 40 weeks and the other is saying 42 weeks. She could
end up being induced, and if that fails, a c-section. If it was me, I
would make them decide on how many weeks I was.

We are going to this next visit on the 2nd of Sept. My wife would like more
of a answer then what they have been giving. I know they want us to start
taking classes on child birth next month also. I am sure that time is going
to fly.
