I write because you have an ethical obligation to PREVENT that which you are
experimentally treating...
MDs (and MBs) are closing birth canals and causing some cases of birth
asphyxia. See PS1 and PS2 below.
Please help stop MDs and MBs from closing birth canals.

indirect admission that MDs are indeed routinely closing birth canals: The
ACOG shoulder dystocia video claims to teach MDs how to open the birth canal
maximally when the shoulders get stuck; but the ACOG video actually teaches
MDs to KEEP THE BIRTH CANAL CLOSED when the shoulders get stuck!
