BRIDGETTE YORK LLB (Hons), please see my Open Letter to you below...

American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys/ABPLA Pres. HARVEY
WACHSMAN et al. (listed below) and QUELLER FISHER attorneys...

PLEASE help stop MDs from senselessly closing birth canals... There is now
MRI evidence. See below.

THREE BIRTH POSTURES OF SUBMISSION CLOSE THE BIRTH CANAL "MASSIVELY"

DORSAL (on your back) and LITHOTOMY (on your back, legs in stirrups) - both
close the birth canal up to 30%.

SEMISITTING is worse. Semisitting closes the birth canal up to 30% *with
more force*. The biomechanics are simple and have been known since last
century.

There is now *MRI* evidence that MDs are closing birth canals.

In regard to the MRI evidence, Luigi Raio, MD is either unaware of
sacroiliac motion at-term - or he is part of the cover-up...

See Luigi Raio, MD responds to Gastaldo
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/2136

[^^^NOTE: "Massive" was the word used in the x-ray cover-up. See again:
http://home1.gte.net/gastaldo/part2ftc.html]

CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANS See the very end of this post...

WARNING: MDs are not only routinely closing birth canals - they are (as a
consequence) GRUESOMELY manipulating most babies' spines at birth....

Some babies are dying.

MDs are killing an estimated six babies per DAY with vacuum-assisted spinal
manipulation alone - with birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%...

See USUAL MECHANISM (PS5) in my article, "Pregnant chiro patients: BIZARRE
chiro legislation - babies be damned..."
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/2135

PREGNANT WOMEN: To allow your birth canal to OPEN the "extra" up to 30%
just roll onto your side as you push your baby out - but be forwarned - your
MD (or MB) may roll you back to semisitting or dorsal - i.e. close your
birth canal - as you push your baby out!

This latter bizarre birth practice (MDs and MBs closing birth canals inspite
of women's attempts to open them) might be what Germaine Greer was referring
to which she wrote of ENFORCED posture of submission...

ENFORCED POSTURE OF SUBMISSION...

Germaine Greer wrote:

"Unnecessary episiotomies, [unnecessary] Caresarean sections and
[unnecessary] hysterectomies all represent assaults on femaleness, assaults
that are the more difficult to recognize for what they are because of the
patient's enforced posture of isolation and submission. "
--Germaine Greer on Hysterectomy
http://hanteng.twblog.org/archives/000786.html

EPISIOTOMY FRAUD: MDs (and MBs) are slashing vaginas (euphemism "routine
episiotomy") - surgically/FRAUDULENTLY inferring they are doing everything
possible to OPEN the birth canal - even as they CLOSE the birth canal - up
to 30%.

C-SECTION FRAUD: MDs (and MBs) CAUSE cephalopelvic disproportion and
failure to progress - then perform cesarean sections BEcause of
cephalopelvic disproportion and failure to progress.

EPIDURAL FRAUD: MDs are chemically forcing uteri to contract VIOLENTLY -
with oxytocin/Cytotec - with birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%. No
wonder women literally beg for epidurals!

NOTE: I'm *not* saying here that episiotomies, c-sections and epidurals
aren't sometimes necessary - only that it makes NO sense for MDs and MBs to
close birth canals.

HYSTERECTOMY FRAUD:

MDs and MBs (OB/GYNs) are daily committing the above mentioned examples of
obvious criminal negligence that sometimes escalate to criminally negligent
homicide (incidentally, many midwives ape MDs and MBs in closing birth
canals)...

MDs and MBs (OB/GYNs) (reportedly) retire from OB practice as young OBs join
them in their practices. In the US, reportedly, the older OBs retire and
practice "GYN" which drives the hysterectomy rate way up AND (reportedly)
helps MDs and MBs create a bogus "malpractice insurance crisis" which
paradoxically helps MDs and MBs continue to dominate the birth industry.

HYSTERECTOMY ALTERNATIVE:

FIBROID EMBOLISATION

Barbara Rowlands wrote in the Sunday July 29, 2001 Observer (London):

Until recently, the only treatment for fibroids was a hysterectomy...

ONE THIRD OF HYSTERECTOMIES DUE TO FIBROIDS

Of the 56,827 hysterectomies carried out in 1998-99 in England under the
NHS, a third were prompted by fibroids. The Campaign Against Hysterectomy
and Unnecessary Operations on Women estimates that the number of
hysterectomies for the UK is around 90,000. It believes most of these
operations are unnecessary and women are having surgery simply because they
think there is no other way to end their misery.

Such ignorance of the alternatives to hysterectomy for fibroids prompted
solicitor Bridgette York to launch the first charity for fibroids earlier
this month. The Fibroid Network has a helpline offering advice about
treatments, plus a database of recommended doctors, hospitals and
natural-heath practitioners. It plans to campaign for research into the
causes of fibroids and promote awareness.

WHAT ARE FIBROIDS?

Fibroids, or uterine myomas, are benign growths which develop in the wall of
the womb, the lining, the outside surface or on a stalk into the cavity.
They can be as small as a pea or as large as a watermelon and, like buses...

Half of all women of childbearing age have them...most common in women in
their forties and feed on the female hormone oestrogen. After the menopause,
they wither away. Some women aren't even aware they have them; others are
wiped out by the slow haemorrhaging, anaemia, pain and constant fear of
flooding.

19-YEAR-OLDS GIVEN HYSTERECTOMIES

Ms York, 31, who discovered she had fibroids at 25, is a seasoned women's
health rights advocate and member of the Parliamentary Group for Alternative
and Complementary Practitioners. 'Most women don't realise how common
fibroids are,' she says. 'There isn't even an NHS leaflet about them. Women
as young as 19 are being given hysterectomies and are not advised that there
are other treatment options available. Something so common shouldn't be such
a mystery'...

FIBROID EMBOLISATION

Fibroid embolisation takes roughly an hour and is an overnight procedure. A
catheter is introduced under local anaesthetic into the two arteries
supplying the uterus and fine particles of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) injected
into the artery. This silts up the vessels supplying blood to the fibroids,
which wither and die. All fibroids are killed at one hit and don't regrow.
After two weeks, a woman can return to work.

The procedure is carried out by interventional radiologists, of which there
are 350 in Britain. Dr Tony Nicholson, president of the British Society of
Interventional Radiology, who has carried out 100 fibroid embolisations at
Hull Royal Infirmary, says there are around 300 radiologists trained in
embolisation techniques who could conduct the procedure with minimal further
training. Around 50 in 12 centres around the country do so already.

EXCRUCIATING PAIN FOR 24 HOURS...LIKE THE WORST CONTRACTIONS IN CHILDBIRTH

The technique does have its drawbacks. As the blood supply is suddenly cut
off, the pain for 12 to 24 hours afterwards can be excruciating. Elizabeth
Colbourne says it is like the worst contractions in childbirth, even through
a haze of painkillers. One gynaecologist compared it to the acute phase of a
coronary.

The fibroids shrink over a period of three months, but some break away as
clots, sometimes several centimetres across. This discharge usually clears
up after a fortnight, but can last as long as a couple of months and makes
the womb vulnerable to infection.

LESS MORTALITY...

FIBROID EMBOLISATION: One death per 5,000 cases

HYSTERECTOMY: 3+ deaths per 5,000 cases

Its detractors cite the death from blood poisoning of a 51-year-old woman at
the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital as proof that the procedure is dangerous.
But such deaths are rare. There have been only three deaths in 15,000 cases,
compared with a mortality rate for hysterectomy for fibroids of between one
in 1,000 and one in 1,600. |

DEJA VU...
2003: American Medical Asscoiation reportedly creating phony "full-blown
liability crises"...

>>Rising malpractice premiums...have not created anything like the
"full-blown liability crises" cited by the American Medical Association. So
says an Aug. 29 General Accounting Office examination of access issues in
nine states. Many alleged "physician departures and hospital unit closures"
were "not substantiated" or "did not widely affect access to health care,"
according to GAO. In five of the 18 states said by the AMA to be in crisis,
GAO found that physician responses to premium hikes had created localized
access issues, often in rural areas, for services related to emergency
surgery and newborn deliveries. In four other "non-crisis" states, the
agency found no access problems. The AMA disputed GAO's findings, in part
based on the AMA's own recent physician survey. However, GAO responded that
the low, 10-percent response rate to the AMA's survey "precludes the ability
to reliably generalize the survey results to all physicians."<<

Medical NewsWire Sept. 12, 2003
http://medicalnewswire.com/index.shtml
Back in 1996, I noted that Attorney/physician Harvey Wachsman [Lethal
Medicine NY: Henry Holt 1993] reported that obstetricians were creating a
phony malpractice liability insurance crisis that was "believed at the
highest level of government."

In his 1993 book, Wachsman offered some staggering figures to show that
malpractice liability
insurers are making an obscene killing writing insurance for
obstetricians.

Obstetricians appear to be getting something quite valuable in return -
the ability to tell homebirth midwives that their malpractice liability
insurance companies simply won't let them support homebirth....

In effect, the malpractice liability insurers thus insure that all
maternity care business is routed to obstetricians.

Obstetricians then have plenty of money for their malpractice liability
insurance premiums AND a seemingly legitimate gripe at-the-ready for
when they are asked why they are refusing to back-up homebirth midwives.

HYSTERECTOMY/HOMEBIRTH CONNECTION (in America at least)...

Again, as noted above: MDs and MBs (OB/GYNs) retire from OB practice as
young OBs join them in their practices. In the US, according to Wachsman
[1993], the older OBs retire and practice "GYN" which drives the
hysterectomy rate way up AND (reportedly) helps MDs and MBs create a bogus
"malpractice insurance crisis."

Wachsman didn't mention that unnecessary hysterectomies help MDs and MBs
continue to engage in bizarre birth practices and dominate the birth
industry - babies be damned.

So I'm mentioning it - again.

DR. HARVEY F. WACHSMAN recently said in the New York Daily News:

"Hold HMO executives accountable...millions of people whose lives are at
risk because of business practices that put personal and corporate greed
ahead of public health."
Originally published on September 26, 2002
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ideas_opinions/story/21753p-20641c.html

Harvey! Let's hold your fellow MDs accountable! Let's demand that MDs stop
closing birth canals!

Harvey also wrote:

"The law makes it clear that executives cannot be permitted to achieve their
financial goals by committing fraud, cooking the books or turning a blind
eye to shady business practices. But look at what many managed care
companies have done. They have sold policies with the promise of providing
quality health care and then, in an effort to enhance their compensation and
improve their stock prices, the executives of these companies have
instituted policies that denied people the care they required."

Harvey! Your fellow MDs are denying babies the pelvic outlet area they
require!

Harvey also wrote:

"There can be no doubt that the chief executives of these companies are
responsible...There have been such widespread media reports of abuses by
virtually every managed care company in America that at the very least, the
CEOs are turning a blind eye to business practices that are padding their
bottom lines by causing enormous suffering among their policy holders."

Harvey! Your fellow MDs are padding their bottom lines by causing enormous
suffering among BABIES!

Harvey asked:

"[S]houldn't [HMO CEOs] be accountable for revenue derived by allowing
employees to practice medicine without a license? If a company policy
permits lay people to override decisions made by a physician, shouldn't the
CEO be held responsible?"

I have an idea, Harvey! Tell HMO CEOs that MDs are FRAUDULENTLY practicing
medicine WITH licenses!

Harvey also wrote:

"Studies have shown that negligence is the cause of 100,000 deaths and
500,000 injuries every year in American hospitals - and that doesn't count
those who are victimized in doctors' offices and free-standing clinics."

Let's not forget the deaths and injuries caused by MDs closing birth canals!

Again Harvey, MDs are killing an estimated six babies per DAY with
vacuum-assisted spinal
manipulation alone - with birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%...

See USUAL MECHANISM (PS5) in my article, "Pregnant chiro patients: BIZARRE
chiro legislation - babies be damned..."
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/2135

Harvey also wrote:

"Many of these [deaths and injuries from MD negligence] occur because HMOs
don't let physicians spend the necessary amount of time with their patients
and routinely deny diagnostic tests, access to specialists and admissions to
hospitals."

Harvey, you silly. At about the time HMOs got big, MDs were *already*
rushing the most frequent admissions to hospitals - pregnant women!

Harvey concluded:

"There is a way Congress could save lives immediately. It could enact
legislation that would hold managed care companies and their executives
accountable when their policies lead to the death or injury of a patient
they are supposed to be covering."

Harvey, mucky-muck attorneys like yourself could save lives immediately -
just by speaking out against the bizarre MD birth practice of closing birth
canals.

Assuming Marea has not yet had any children - hopefully she will give all
her children the benefit of maximal pelvic outlet area.

*MDs* should be making sure all babies' have the benefit of maximum pelvic
outlet area - but MD experts are instead lying (and conducting bogus
research - which amounts to lying) to cover-up the obvious criminal
negligence that sometimes escalates to criminally negligent homicide.

Again...

WARNING: MDs are not only routinely closing birth canals - they are (as a

MDs (and MBs): If you must pull on babies' heads - and sometimes you must -
PLEASE get women off their backs/butts - off their sacra. Give all babies
the "extra" up to 30%! The biomechanics are SO simple!

As always, I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs and MBs. MDs and MBs

It would be great if the world's largest health insurance program (DHHS/CMS)

gruesome spinal manipulation by MDs...

If PPAC members (mostly MDs but one DC - Dr. Joe Johnson) spoke loud

PPAC members should do it for the tiniest chiropractic patients - the babies

Well, OK, since people are still reading. : )

I was censored from "unmoderated" (formerly
), right after I was told "unmoderated means
uncensored - anything goes."

See Cronshaw LIED: Chiro-list still censored/moderated...
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/2000

is still called "unmoderated" even now that I
have been censored.

And now Chiro Bouncer Bob is censoring others...

Brian Please post this to the CENSORED version of
chiro-list.

I see where Chiro Bouncer Bob has invited chiro luminary Larry Wyatt, DC,
DACBR to the censored chiro list.

Larry is at Texas Chiropractic College where I got the definition of
chiropractic (via Harper's ACCA and ACA) that I got published in Dorland's
Illustrated Medical Dictionary...

I'll cc Larry and a few other TCC professors...

Maybe Larry will discuss the CHIROPRACTIC EMERGENCY - and the fact that ACA
leaders tried to censor "my" definition of chiropractic - which - again - I
got via Harper's ACCA and ACA!

Copied (again) to the ACA Council on Chiropractic Orthopedics members listed
below...

"Obstetrics is the art of midwifery...If the accoucheur is a Chiropractor,
he can adjust...thereby preventing disease."
--Dr. DD Palmer, Founder of Chiropractic [1910:789]

Earth to Chiro Bouncer Bob! Chiropractic physicians don't need to attend
births again - don't need to
practice
obstetrics or midwifery - to adjust to prevent
disease!

CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANS CLOSEST IN PHILOSOPHY TO MIDWIVES...

Marsden Wagner, MD^^^ once said:

"Chiropractic physicians are conceivably
closest in philosophy to the midwives due to their training in the non-use
of drugs...If a nurse or [medical] physician desires
to practice midwifery, then it is necessary for each to [undergo one year or
more of training] to literally 'unlearn' the pathological vision to get the
proper perspective of normality."

^^^Marsden Wagner, MD served for 15 years as the director of women's and
children's health for the World Health Organization. The quote above
appeared in Wagner's amicus brief in the Peckman midwifery case and was
published in NAPSAC News Spring 1991 by the InterNational Association of
Parents and Professionals for Safe Alternatives in Childbirth, Rt. 1, Box
646, Marble Hill, MO 63764 USA.

Again, chiropractic physicians don't need to attend births again - don't
need to
practice
obstetrics or midwifery - to adjust to prevent
disease!

ACA and BIRTH TRAUMA...

The American Chiropractic Association/ACA says that: 1) "[t]he chiropractic
profession recognizes that...birth trauma, may
be [a] common primary cause...of illness in children" and 2) that birth
trauma-caused illness "can have a
direct and significant impact on not only spinal biomechanics, but on other
bodily functions.....Ratified by the House of Delegates, July 1994."

HOW TO STOP BACK PAIN DURING BIRTH (ODENT)

"There will be a high probability that she will find herself on her hands
and knees...The first immediate effect will be to alleviate the pain,
particularly if it
is back pain."
--Michel Odent, MD [The Farmer and the Obstetrician. London: Free
Association Books. 2002:106]

Getting the woman off her sacrum not only stops back pain, it SHORTENS LABOR
thereby preventing a significant amount of LABOR pain in general (with or
without back pain)...

BIRTH TRAUMA...MASS VAGINA SLASHING...

MDs are slashing vaginas en masse (euphemism "routine episiotomy")
surgically/FRAUDULENTLY inferring they are doing everything possible to OPEN
birth canals - even as they CLOSE birth canals - up to 30%.

Michael C. Klein, MD writes: "I think it is important to recognize that
episiotomy is a deliberate second degree tear." [Birth. Letter.
2002;29(1):74]

Klein also indicates routine deliberate vagina tearing is UNNECESSARY in
most cases...

NOTE: MDs blame "childbirth" for their mass vagina slashing behavior, as
in,

"The most common diagnosis for hospitalization among all women is trauma to
perineum due to childbirth."
http://www.ahcpr.gov/data/hcup/factbk3/factbk3.htm

Senselessly closing birth canals and slashing vaginas is MEDICAL birth - not
childbirth...

Gruesomely manipulating babies' spines should NOT be part of childbirth.

ALL spinal manipulation is gruesome with the birth canal senselessly closed
up to 30%.

CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANS: Inspite of the Chiro Bouncer Bob Censorship Show,
I'd still like to see ACA/WCA/FSCO/ICA unity on stopping MDs from closing
birth canals BEFORE the Sept. 16, 2003 ACA House of Delegates meeting in
Albuquerque.

C'mon guys - teleconferencing makes it possible. Do it for the tiniest
chiropractic patients - and me. : )
