Placing a person such as Geier's name in the subject line of a thread is
not stalking or harassing. Geier is a valid topic of discussion, just
like Boyd Haley since they are listed as witnesses for the plaintiff's
in the upcoming Omnibus Thimerosal claim litigation.

Their qualifications to render legally admissible opinions fall under
the Daubert rule, and both of them were recently spanked by a US
District Court Judge for their utter lack of qualifications.

These are subjects that are relevant to these newsgroups.

Concerning proof of authorship, I can only say the
publishers of "The Skeptic" were willing to accept me as the author of
this piece when they contacted me for permission to reprint it in the
August 2003 issue of their magazine.

post was to a breast implant group I've never visited before, it
