The ABC's of Health is quite simple.
It is to Always Be Cleansing. This not only makes good sense, it also supports wellness. It is something that can be maintained on a daily basis. We cannot keep from being exposed to toxins and therefore if toxic material is consistently removed in a timely and efficient manner, it cannot negatively affect the body and its metabolic processes. Our digestive system is designed to function on a daily basis and any waste material that is left over afterwards cannot provide any additional wellness support, it can only contribute to undesirable results.
A good cleansing and detoxifying program effectively aids the body to eliminate accumulated toxins, drug residues, heavy metals, pesticides, insecticides, drug residues, food additives and preservatives.

This is total garbage.

The digestive system is designed to store waste until it is passed. There is
no need to empty the bowels on a certain time schedule. As long as one
doesn't have any problems moving his/her bowels, moves them often enough (at
least tweice a week), not too often (up to 4 or 5 times a day is considered
normal), the stool is not liquid or too hard and there is no pain when
passing stool, the bowel habits are fine. Everyone's bowels work
differently, some go every morning, some after school or work or before bed,
some a couple of times a weekm some after every meal.

Therer is no eviudence that any type of cleansing does any good (except help
the pockets of toilet paper makers). And it can cause electrolyte imbalances
and other problems. It is not safe.

All of the stuff at Life Force International is a total waste of money.
Instead, spend time with your kids and make sure they get a healthy diet.

Cleansing what? A shower with soap and water seems enough.

What toxic material is accummulating in our bodies? How do you remove it?
Where is it lurking?

What is getting stuck in our bodies?

I see. so, a good laxative is all we need, right?

With the exception of young chimney sweeps (literally naked boys who would
crawl up chimneys to clean them out -- the soot caused penile cancer), daily
baths or showers has not been shown to help anyone medically. As far as I
know, I could go years without showering or bathing. As long as I wash my
hands after toileting and before eating, staying clean doesn't really
improve my health. Of course, I would stink to high heaven, but I don't
really need to shower daily. Until the 20th century, people only took
baths/showers weekly or less often, apparently without ill effects.

Of course, the exception is that certain skin conditions benefit from
cleaning. And if the dirt is actually irritating the skin, it should be
washed off, too.

So, basically, although people may feel better and smell better with a daily
shower or bath, daily cleansing doesn't really help the vast majority of
people.
