A Good Man by
chillin'

Beverly

ligation. The doctor would not...

Moving to another state: a question by
Bobbi
If a person who is ordered to pay CS in one state, and is current on
payments, moves to another state; does the first state *actively* go

on the radar or re-enters the first state - they nab him?
Need to...

been trying to have this amount reduced to my current income since I lost my
job nearly two years ago. Every petition I filed has been dismissed by the
court, I hired an attorney and ended up with the same...

Penalty for being single by
Chris
Legally, a man married to the mother of his biological children doesn't have
to give her one red cent. Yet, as soon as she divorces him, he suddenly owes
her heaping sums of cash. Why?

Why is is so surprising? by
Yup
The press is quick to jump on stories like the one about the dad that
killed his kids. Everyone shakes their heads and says what a shame it
was. Even pro-dads people agree that it's horrible and way over the
top.
Why is is so surprising that people would resort to this once in a
while? The way...

Meeting with lawyer by
Werebat
I am meeting with my lawyer in one week. He is the same one who oversaw
my divorce, NOT the one who led me through that farcical affair
concerning CSE.
While I'm not planning to go into the courtroom anytime soon, I have to
ask him for some advice on two fronts.
First, my live-in GF is pregnant...

I am in the process of putting together what I think may be useful during

support I have given. I was told even though they will not deduct...
