silly but wanted to say it by
Jack H.
Today I took Abby to day care alone.
Little J had a fever.
It is a one week summer program and there are a lot of kids that are bigger
than her that she doesn't know and a few kids from her regular day care.
none of the nannies today are familiar to her.
I felt sad for Abby that she will not be...

silly putty stuck in clothes and hair by
Leslie
Any suggestions on how to remove silly putty from clothes and hair? I didn't
see that Alex took some to bed with him last night. The shoulder of his
pajama top is covered. I've picked a lot of it out, but some still remains.
It's also in his hair a little.
TIA-

Singelton moms who don't get it by
Karen
Hi there.
I'm kind of new to the group, and have loved being a part of it.
Everyone here just seems so open, friendly, & helpful it's such a nice
place to visit!
So that's why I'm hoping it's okay if I gripe here...not that anyone
can really give me advice on this or anything...I just am...

Singleton after Twins by
Crystal Dreamer
Our twins are 7 months old, and I am 10 weeks pregnant. So, if all goes
well, the boys will be just over a year old when the new baby arrives. For
those of you who had a singleton after having twins, did you find that
having just 1 baby was a breeze?

Sippy Cups by
Peggy
I would like to thank whoever it was that recommend "This First Years" cups
as first sippy cups. I think my girls have finally got it! Also, they are
the easiest spill proof cups to wash because they don't have those extra
plastic pieces inside the cap. Very inexpensive...

Size issues ? by
Julie
I am probably just "over reacting" to this, but size height and weight has
begun to bother me with the twins. I hear it everywhere I go and I'm either
getting very irritated with the people or just thinking I'm strange.
Granted the twins were 9 weeks early, weighing in at 2 lbs 13 oz and 3 lbs

Sleeping arrangements by
KimandJuan
All of a sudden Aislyn has started waking up once a night and screaming for
about 5 minutes. It only gets worse if I go in and comfort her. If I stay out
she is right back to sleep after 5 minutes. Emma sleeps right through it.
But, Alexis on the other hand has a mild heart attack. So now she...

Sleeping arrangements - suggestions please by
Erica Carwile
I did not see this situation addressed on the newsgroup (although if it has
been in the past, please let me know where to find it).
My boys will be 2 soon and I have been thinking about moving them out of
their cribs. Although they do not climb out yet, I am waiting for Wesley to
start since he...

Sleeping question by
Olga Piccolo
I was watching a show on babies and a doctor said a baby should wake up
every 3 to 4 hrs at night. I thought it was a blessing that my girls
sleep 7hrs at 2 months , should I wake them to eat?

Okay, I need some advice. Our first slumber party is coming up and I have no
idea what time to start or end it! It will be on Valentines day. Since there
is two girls, I think I've decided on 8 kids total (including them). Is this
too many? I have found tons of games and ideas via the internet but...

Small for their ages...... by
Tanya Makins
Hello,
Does anyone know at what sort of ages twins look as big as other
babies/toddlers their own age?
Charley and Molly are now 19 months old, they were 5 weeks premature
weighing in at Charley 5lb 2oz and Molly 4lb 7oz. They are very healthy
babies but Molly is still only just over 19lbs and...

Soft Cervix by
Ben and Sarah Katon
I just had a 34 week checkup today. The doctor did a cervical check because
of the back spasms I've had over the last couple of days. He said my cervix
was soft, but closed. He didn't give me any indications as to what that
means, however. Also, he didn't mention any modification of my...

Some doctors can be so STUPID by
The Huwe Family
Ok. I just have to say this.
My sons Andrew and Benjamin were sick this past week with vomiting and
diarrhea. We took them to the emergency room 2x for it. The ER docs gave
us some suppositories which were to help with the vomiting. It worked for
Andy, but not for Ben. A few days later we...
