Failed Pitocin Induction by
Leigh Menconi
I had a failed induction with my first child and ended up with a c-section.
I went in on a Friday morning and they started the pitocin and nothing
happened all day, except what was barely detectable by the fetal monitor.
Around 9pm that night, the doctor put in the gel and then I was in back
labor...

check up.
I got there today...

kids in sports by

The major reason children should be involved in sports is to watch
dad beat up other dads and to watch mom in a cat fight.

32 week update by
Tiina News
Well, I'm back after a great week and a half on and by the ocean. We
sailed to the rental cottage and did not stop for the night - a mistake!
Sailing by full moon *was* romantic, but not sleeping at all wasn't. DD
slept but woke up cranky and seasick, and soon the crew was in full
mutiny. I...

Late 31 Week Update by
Cindy Camp
It has been a while since I posted, I've been so
busy with work, my 15 month old and fighting a
cold that brought me to my knees... Fortunately,
I'm on the mend from that.
I had my 31 week appointment last week. All is
well with the little one. I did make the mistake
of asking my midwife where...

Does anyone want a Due Date Calendar? by
Truffles
I am maintaining the Due Date Calendar on alt.infertility.pregnancy.
Would you like me to do one for this group?
It lists the most recent births and the expected due dates. It also has
information like whether it's a girl, boy, twins, names, etc.
I then post the information on a weekly...

Lately I've been feeling totally stressed out and I've noticed my heartrate
is constantly varying from very fast to very slow. In the process I get very
faint and today I nearly passed out as I could feel my heart skipping beats,

Implantation bleeding? (x-posted) by

Hi I had unprotected intercourse 22 days and 18 days ago. I know this was
silly, and my husband and I haven't slipped up since.
I posted about having had period pain but no bleeding with egg-white mucus,
and I wasn't sure if it was ovulation or an impending period.
The period pain is still there,...
