to produce child. Donor REQUIRED to pay recipient money.

No sex = no pay

Sex = pay

The only difference between A and B is that B had sex, thus he was required
to pay "child support".

Paying money for sex = prostitution.

Conclusion: "Child support" = prostitution fee.
