NCP's many times share custody or nearly share custody. Don't say it is
some exclusive "parental role" all CP's have. In near shared 42% +, there
is really no difference.

Maybe. FFK... There are two people in these situations they should both
be
paying. The perception for many NCPs is that the woman has a free-ride.
The
challenge is changing this perception. Give the evidence that changes the
perception and you may have a chance at changing the system.
