I wouldn't call these parasites ladies!
Bribe them to accept fertility clinic services so that the kids they
bear will be an asset, and not a liability to society. Smart kids can
pretty much raise themselves. The women you refer to dont care that much
about being in the gene pool; as you say, its all about the money. Then,
they will be out of the gene pool, which solves the problem.
