why would darwin get some joy out of the fact that people are held
prisoner by their behavior having been shaped by the inexorable laws
of evolution operating on genetics? the only possible advantage to me
personally from having all sorts of offspring is the pleasure said
evolution has built into my hormonal/neural system, and that can be
obtained just as easily with children who are not my genetic
descendants, of which there see to be plenty floating around,
unattached.
