UNWED FATHERS HAVE BASICALLY THE SAME RIGHTS AS ALL FATHERS. DO NOT LET
THE MOTHER'S PARENTS PUSH YOU AROUND! SEE THE FREE BRIEF ON FATHERS RIGHTS
ON OUR WEBSITES esp THE STANLEY V ILLINOIS CASE. ALL OF THE FOUNDATION'S
TACTICS,HINTS ETC APPLY TO UNWED FATHERS AS WELL. THERE IS A SEPARATE
SECTION ON UNWED FATHERS RIGHTS IN THE GUIDE AND COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO
FATHERS RIGHTS. see http://www.fathersrights.org

Yep. Unwed fathers have "basically the same rights" as all fathers.

Except unwed fathers have zero parental rights until paternity has been
formally established through both parents signing a joint declaration of
paternity, a filiation hearing, or positive DNA testing. And every state
has some statutory limit on rescinding voluntary paternity acknowledgements
at or beyond the federal cooling off period knowing full well some fathers
get tricked into signing paternity declarations due to relationship issues
and pressures from the mother and her parents.

Continually spamming this newsgroup with misinformation is not appreciated.
