Emily, I'm really sorry about your baby. As for milk
donation- I donated milk here (extra from pumping
for DD while I worked):

You do need blood drawn and sent to them (they test it).
They sent me a fedex cooler, and I packed my milk and fedex
picked it up. It was very easy.
