Actually, the most deviant crimes are occuring in the depressed ecological,
social and economic areas. It is not blah blah wah wah or whatever you said.
Perhaps *you* should read a few books. Start out with the bible, but skip the
"be fruitful and multiply"...ahem....stupid people should not breed, as you
say.
