Chris didn't claim CPS had ever been involved with this family. You
advocate abolishing CAPTA, and he asked how you would deal with this case.

So, what's your answer, Fern? The question has nothing to do with
whether or not CPS had been involved. Here's the question, "After you
have succeeded in abolishing CAPTA, how would you deal with a case like
this one?"
