Wife has baby from another Man , How to do divorce in NYS ?
My wife and I did Paternity test and shows that baby from her boyfriend .. We like to do divorce in together , how we can do that in NYS ? Having a child automatically prove adultery in NY ? Adultery is the fastest way to do divorce in NY but I heard hard to prove . As a guy what are the complications I am going to face what kinds of precautions I should make to get out of marriage without any problems in future ?

Talk to a lawyer first! I dont know of any proof that is more
prima-facia than a baby who doesnt share your DNA. Dont take any prisoners. Go for the throat, heal, then continue on with your life

Beware that you dont get stuck paying child support, I know in Michigan (in
the past) the "Husband" was ALWAYS the legal (and assumed) father no matter if he was or not. "R" wrote in message oups.com... Talk to a lawyer first!
