Default Boy victims of statutory rape

Why do male victims of statutory rape (where the rapist gets pregnant
and bears a child) have only two options:

1. Pay child support to their rapist for 18+ years

or

2. Sue for custody of the child created by their rape, then being forced
to raise their rapist's child for 18+ years?

Imagine if female victims of statutory rape were limited to these
choices! Torches and pitchforks! Torches and pitchforks!
