If I ask my baby sitter to re-heat the breast milk by soaking the bottle

my milk.

This is exactly what I do. I tell the nanny to always
have one bottle soaking ready. When she uses that one,
put another one in, because Pillbug usually wakes up
hungry and crying. Since breastmilk contains germ-
fighting things in it, I don't worry about leaving one
bottle out at a time. So far, that system has worked
just fine.

I have 6 4-oz. bottles ready for the nanny every day.

Just for a tip, a crock pot works very well to warm bottles and then keep
them warm.

No, that's the correct way to warm the bottle. But it might not be necessary
to do -- my DS always took his straight from the fridge, or at 'room temp'
after the bottle had been packed in his diaper bag for a couple hours.
