BTW Phil, just so you know I don't feel unmarried people should even be

allowed
to ask for CS through the courts. To me one of the biggest injustices

in
CS is
how when two people don't have a legal contract (ie marriage license)

they
can
go into court and ask for any sort of help from the courts. If people

want
to
*play* house then they ought to *play* CS as well.

I agree. If unmarried women couldn't nail men they have sex with for CS,
the mantra would be "It's his sperm, take it back."

The whole birthing for dollars game is way out of control.

And you know what else? Maybe these morononic women that have children out

of
wedlock will think twice before they spread their legs. Oh and BTW, Bob, I

also
am AGAINST welfare for any woman who has any additional children while on

the
government payroll. If women get pregant while recieveing aid they ought

to be
dumped from the program. And what do I think should happen to their kids?

Put
them in foster care until they can afford to raise them, and if they can't

do
so in a resonable amount of time they should be put up for adoption by

MARRIED
couples.

You know its challenging to take Bob's side, so I won't. There ARE many
options for the woman after a night of productive passion.

Her body her choice. His body his choice.

None of them
offer the man the same opportunity. While acting responsible is an
expectation of a man, the woman can use or manipulate a man into child
support.

Her body gives her additional choices. He has the biggest impact of all, though
and that is to just say no to intercourse.

=====
But, why can't we say *she* should have said "no?" And since she had unprotected
intercourse, she chose to play. I have a lifelong friend who had a baby (who is
now a mother herself). My friend never asked the father for a dime. He lived a
thousand miles from the little girl but they did meet on several occasions. When
the girl was old enough, she spent summer vacation with her bio dad's family and
came to know her half siblings. My friend realized that it was her decision to
have the baby and she felt it was her responsibility to raise and finance her
daughter. She also considered it her responsibility to insure that her daughter
was not alienated from her paternal family. My friend wasn't wealthy but she
worked hard and did OK with a career in the medical technical field. The child
was academically gifted and went to a private college on scholarships. All that
without my friend ever setting foot in family court. It is actually possible for
women to accept responsibility for their bodies, their decisions and their
children.

Wow... I truly hope none of your children or anyone else you love and care
about gets pregnant out of the blessed wedlock! Because I see how kids are
ending off in a home with a married mother and father all the time. Yes, it
is the blessed union that makes them superior to the single parent. As the
parents fight and are miserable and bring their kids into their insane need
for marriage based on some learned behavior passed on to them from their
parents and the priests.

How are these married people doing such a good job when somewhere along the
line, the moronic women came from a married household?

I find that those who are so narrow minded usually get bit in the ass one
day. You will find out that its not all black and white. Until then know
that not all women who have had children out of wedlock are morons or are
mooching off the 'system'.

Also know there are some that find a relationship isn't based on the
government standard of getting a license to state their love and commitment.
Two people can be in love and committed for life minus a piece of paper paid
to the government.

I better add, since I know how this goes, I do not state a preference
between married verse single parenting. I just know things happen and that
people need to look at things more broadly.
