NY. However, MD may manage/enforce your case if there are arrears/enforcement
issues.

Im just in the opposite situation. Mother and child in MD and I live
in NY. Soo the rules apply in MD (which I hear CS ends at 18) and NY
is enforcing the order....which finally ends for me this OCTOBER
27!!!!!!! WOO HOOO IM GOING TO BE FREE AT LAST.
