Time management for kids (Product Survey)

We are students at University of California, San Diego are trying to
develop a tool for better parenting. This gadget will help regulate
time kids spend on entertainment everyday.

I will be glad if you can assist me by taking a small 10 question
survey which will take about a minute to answer. This survey is for
parents who have children between age 5-18.
