See I don't see it that way. If the pill helps them and is therefore steroid
sparing, it is well worth it.

Whatever. Nonetheless, it is good that the parents and kid and doc know
about this so they can an imformed decision and modify the amount of
phenylaniline they get elsewhere in the diet.

It is not a question of one pill vs. another pill, but, rather, using all
available knowledge to help the child as much as possible, including
problems from the PKU.
