mononucleosis and pregnacy

I recently became pregnant (I am six weeks with pregnant) while on the
pill and at around the same time, I discovered that I was infected with
mono. In addition, my doctor informed me that I had an enlarged
spleen.
I am worried about my health, but more importantly the health of the
baby. Do you know if they are any health problems associated with mono
and birth defects?
