Child Support / Welfare Question
I have a friend that has a few children from a previous marriage. Children
live in California, mother lives in another state. Father has received Welfare for the children in the state of California. Father has re-married. Can he still get Welfare for the children if he is not working but his new wife is? Please advise.....And thank you in advance! Big RJ |
