Default Pennsylvania Residents - Please sign Petition for Joint Custody

Pennsylvania Presumption of Joint Custody

To: Pennsylvania General Assembly

PETITION FOR PRESUMPTION OF JOINT CUSTODY

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED Citizens of the state of Pennsylvania petition the
General Assembly and Governor Edward Rendall, to support and sign into law,
legislation that requires a PRESUMPTION OF JOINT CUSTODY in Pennsylvania's
Child Custody Act.

We believe this law should expressly provide that Joint custody and
substantially equal parenting time is in the Best Interest of a Child.

Sincerely,

Sign this Petition: http://www.petitiononline.com/pfcr/
