Default Virginia DCSE employees (non-attorneys) filing motions...

Went over some legal docs in preparation for an argument in Prince William
County Circuit Court on Thursday and noticed that when Virginia's DCSE filed
a motion to lower my child support the pleading was signed by a
non-attorney.

Wonder if the Virginia State Bar will act on my complaint against the DCSE
employee?
