Good, you're back! Just wondering--According to your website, you are a
practicing attorney but you are not listed with the IL or LA bar
associations where you claim residence. In what state are you licensed to
practice? Can you provide citations of cases you have argued successfully on
behalf of fathers? Federal? That would be most helpful. If you can provide
this, some here may view you as somewhat more than an opportunistic spammer.

So what is new? This spammer doesn't hold a law ticket in either state
where he claims to have license to practice law.

He is a pretender and has claimed in the past an attorney doesn't need to be
a member of the bar to practice law in a state.

Buyers beware!

So what is your bar license number in Illinois? Why doesn't your name show
up when a search of Illinois bar members is done?

On your web sites you claim to be licensed to practice law in LA too. Is
that no longer valid?

Stupid? Because we inquire of your credentials? Interesting reaction. I
guess since you have been practicing "since 1987," you have some case
citations for us?

I don't understand why he doesn't just provide his credentials. It would
give people seeking help much more confidence in what he says if he would do
that. Is there something he is trying to hide?

Hmmm, doesn't sound like I (nor anyone else out here) would want such a
condescending and arrogantly ignorant "professional" working on their case.
Calling people "stupid" and "obnoxious" because they ask for references is
not how a professional attorney (who claims to have been working in the
field of family law for over 20 years) should (or would) behave when asked
such a question. A layman perhaps, but never a "professional".

Silly rabbit.

Apparently. He's been spamming this newsgroup for years but has never
supplied anything of substance here. His only goal seems to be to peddle his
stuff while attempting to portray himself as an advocate for fathers. If he
were an advocate, he's had plenty opportunity to advocate right here. It
seems his legal practice isn't doing very well--Heh, maybe because of all
the gratis work he's doing for dads.
