Based on the tag line, should a wealthy child molester (or the meth dealer) get custody just because he pays child support? Yes or no is fine. You mean like a "yes" or "no" to the question "Do you still beat your wife"? No, a yes no question like the one above. Try to be honest once and tell me what you think. I think that without a valid and proven charge, men should be just as qualified as women to have custody. In this case the guy molests children, tell the truth, should he have custody? I think I answered this already. The truth is, this is one of the little falsehoods divorce attorneys encourage women to use in divorce and custody cases, accusing the father of being a molester, even of his own children, or a drunk or womanizer or many other things when the fact is, he is not. The favorite is accusing him of abuse (or fear of abuse) even though there is no abuse. Judges err on the side of caution even to the point of allowing the man to be punished simply because he was accused by an angry and irrational wife, not convicted. And it works. In this case the man is a child molester, he molests children. Should he get custody just because he pays support? Why can't you be honest and answer a simple question? But you have never answered *this* question, DVD. Why can't you be honest and answer it? Woman finds out she is pregnant. She does not tell the father, but moves out of town. A couple of years later she marries another guy, and they raise the child together. She is their only child, and they do not tell her that the man she calls Daddy is not her bio dad. Meanwhile, the bio dad has moved on with his life, and eventually marries. He and his wife have 4 children. The daughter is a smart young lady, and does well in school. She begins to apply to colleges her junior year in high school, but only applies to state colleges, knowing that her parents cannot afford Ivy League. Her parents tell her to go ahead and apply to Ivy League schools--the money will be available. Mom then sues the bio dad for child support back to the birth of the child. Should she get it? Should the other 4 children of the bio dad lose out on dance lessons, Little League, karate, and summer camp because the woman waited 17 years before telling the guy that he was a father? Just how should the courts decide the case? |

He said that he felt that a woman who kept knowledge of a child from a man for 10 years should be entitled to child support back to the birth of the child. But he has consistently ignored *this* question. I think I have posted it 5 times now. Woman finds out she is pregnant. She does not tell the father, but moves out of town.
