A recent report by the National

Recent if you consider 2000 to be recent.

The liars forgot to quote the next couple of sentences from the
report:

"Exposure to toxic chemicals, both manufactured and natural, cause
about 3 percent of all developmental defects, and at least 25 percent
might be the result of a combination of genetic and environmental
factors".

3%. That's 3% of defects. A problem, but not the half of all births as
suggested by the anti-chemical fruitcakes. And see the words "natural"
and "genetic". Not a lot of Big Chemi there.

See a media release about the report at
http://www8.nationalacademies.org/on...?RecordID=9871,
but beware - it comes from very *organised science*.

Now, Peter, you're being LOGICAL. It's not nice to do that with those
who would flunk something so basic as "Intro to Logic" or "Intro to
Critical Thinking."

How about Intro to Bio?
