3%. That's 3% of defects. A problem, but not the half of all births as
suggested by the anti-chemical fruitcakes. And see the words "natural"
and "genetic". Not a lot of Big Chemi there.

Now, Peter, you're being LOGICAL. It's not nice to do that with those
who would flunk something so basic as "Intro to Logic" or "Intro to
Critical Thinking."
