I would LOVE to have just one more...but my husband went and had a
vasectomy 5 weeks after she was born,,he made the appointment, with-in
days of her birth,,,,lol.....i'd say he does not want anymore
kids..lol..lol...hhahahaha,,,really I'm NOT laughing...;(

Also...what age woud you NO longer have baby?

Good question!

I want another one...but some days it's trying, when poor Rachel spits up
all day, I think if I had another one to soon or if all babies would spit up
this much, I'd lose my mind. poor Rachel, it's not her fault!! she is so
sweet and happy.

I would LIKE to TTC starting in May when Rachel is 1 year old. I don't know
if I actually will, I'll see how I feel then.

I will be 28 in August. I think I'd want to be finished with my babies ASAP,
I'd like 3, and would like have the last by the time I am about 32. With any
luck. I know you can't really plan it out like that and expect it to happen
that way.

Nope. This one is the last one. I have a 12 year old stepdaughter, a 19
month old daughter, and next month I'll have a newborn son. I'm finished.

For me personally, 43 is too old to have a baby (this is just for myself). I
grew up with older parents and I didn't like it. They were not as energetic
as my friends parents and not really involved with me as they were with my
sisters. There was also too large of a gapx between my sisters and myself
that made it seem I was an only child. On the plus side, I do relate to
older adults better than I do people my own age because my parents were
older. There was also not many kids my own age to play with. I stopped
having children when I was 31 and that was my personal limit.

Did your husband discuss with you that he was getting a vasectomy, or did he
just do it on his own?

No. It's kinda sad we're done but someone has to be the last baby and 4 was
what we wanted.

I wanted 4 by 30 but will end up with 4 by 31. I wouldn't have wanted to be
any older than I am now.

Well I am 31 now (almost 32) and we are just starting. I would like to be
finished by 37. I would like 3, possibly 4 but my DH is more of a mind to
take it one at a time. He would probably be willing to stop at 2. We will
see as we get there...

We will try for at least 1 more after this one is due. i am not sure how
long we will wait since dh and I do not have a lot of money and luckily only
1 relative has asked if we truely had enough money for anouther baby right
now (nope) We can afford to live where we live but the thought of trying to
squeaze even 100 more dollars out for a 3 bedroom gives me the chills. So
probably within the next 4 years we will try for #3 and in the next 7 years
we will try for #4... then we will leave it up to God as I am not one to
take birth control because the pills make me B*+chy and the shot helps me
gain weight. Oh and I am planning on having Gastric Bypass sometime in the
next year. I am kinda hoping for March!

Right now I don't think DH and I are even considering another baby. Of
course Quinn is our first and we may change our minds later. It's just
been much more challenging then we thought, kind of a shock having a
baby. If we do decide to have another baby it will be within the next
2-4 years. I have one sibling, a brother and he is 6 years older than I
am so we were never able to relate to eachother well at all until we
were adults. Even now we have difficulties sometimes so I want siblings
born within a relatively small amount of time if there will be any. I
don't want to have any children past the age of 30 (I'm currently 25).

My only objection would be no more winter babies so if I ever ttc again
I would aim for NZ summer baby which would be between the 1st and 10th
of February if last year's summer is anything to go by ;-)

I won't even get into what I think of that.


Do you disagree? I do in a way, I always think it should be a decision
both parties discuss first. But if the shoe was on the other foot and
the I didn't want anymore I don't think I'd 'not' get my tubes tied
because my partner wanted more. I feel it's my body and the ultimate
call is mine. Same with him, the ultimate call on what he does to his
body is his, but I'd hope we'd at least talk about it first. I don't
think there's anything worse than feeling you didn't contribute to the
decision on your family size, even if the outcome was not what you
desired iykwim.
