(natural) home remedies for induction --- ideas???

hi all,
I've never posted, but been following this newsgroup for a while. just
wondered if anyone knew of some home remedies for induction. I know of
caster oil, but that's all.

according to my period (I'm positive) I'm due aug. 10th- today. but
according to the ultrasound, I'm due the 27th. anyhow, I've been having
practice contractions for a couple months, but the last couple days they are
noticeably stronger and I have back pain and my pelvic muscles are beginning
to ache. so, I'm feeling ready!!

Fresh pineapple, and the homeopathic remedy caullophyllum worked for me.
Failing that I was going to go for acupuncture but I didn't need to.
