Since it appears that the Self Sufficiency Project wants custodial
parents and has a blind eye to non custodial parents, now would be a
perfectly good time for any non custodial parents interested in legal
advice to head on down and register as well. If you happen to be from
this particular area, I would readily encourage you as a non custodial

this area, register and make sure that this self sufficiency project
understands that there are two sides needing assistance in getting on
their feet.
