Default Lactose free yellow cheese

Contrary to what was posted regarding the use of Lactaid and Dairy
Ease...WHY?

Lactaid and DairyEase contains 1 form of lactobacillus and does a
mediocre job breaking down the lactose.

They don't contain any lactobacillus, at least as an active ingredient. They
contain lactase, the enzyme that people who are lactose intolerant are
missing or have reduced levels of. They do an excellent job of digesting
lactose.

Lactobacillus is a good thing to have, but most people have it naturally
unless they are taking antibiotics.
