how on earth do you breastfeed after a c-section

I had a section with my first baby. Pillow over the lap worked fine.
Can't say I got off to a totally smooth start with the breastfeeding,
but I think that was just inexperience - it is a learned skill after
all. Things got working a lot better once I figured out how to nurse
lying down!!

I suppose the bright side for me would be at least I've done the whole
breastfeeding thing before. My thoughts on another baby are swinging
wildly at the moment. My period was really late last month and though
we'd use protection, everything has a failure rate, I was really excited
and rather disappointed when my period arrived. Now I've picked up a bug
that has me feeling nauseated and having hot flushes which is reminding
me of how I felt in pregnancy, which starts me thinking the exact
opposite, that I never ever want to be pregnant and should consider
sterilisation.
