Newspaper to help babies? (Margie Boulé of The Oregonian)
PREGNANT WOMEN: See the very end of this post for the simple instructions
for how women can allow their birth canals to open an "extra" up to 30%... OPEN NOTE to columnist Margie Boulé of The Oregonian... Margie, Thank you for your reply - sorry to respond publicly - I think it best for the babies to make a record that you responded to my Open Letter. If you do a story I think 100% of babies would appreciate it. Regardless whether you do a story, there will be this public record of your brief response (reproduced below) for which I thank you. ACTION STEP: Please quickly scroll to the very end of this post and see if you understand my simple PROOF that MDs are knowingly closing birth canals up to 30%... I suspect that the mass (adult and) child abuse by MDs that I discuss are subjects too controversial for you to cover in The Oregonian - particularly when Oregon Attorney General HARDY MEYERS is remaining silent about the obvious crimes. (One of my emails to Hardy is excerpted below. I'm again emailing various persons in his office.) If you cannot cover these matters publicly, please at least offer pregnant women in your circle of family and friends two things: 1) my simple evidence (PROOF actually; again, see the very end of this post) that MDs and CNMwives are knowingly closing birth canals up to 30%; and 2) how easy it is for women to allow their birth canals to OPEN the "extra" up to 30% at delivery. Why should a doctor of chiropractic/DC be interested? Because a MASSIVE spinal manipulation crime is being committed by MDs in MOST births. See below. MDs can't simply stop the crime because stopping it would be tantamount to admitting it - and attorney generals won't act because they are substantially MD-influenced/MD-funded - and newspaper columnists won't write because... More on Oregon AG Hardy Meyers silence below. Those are my best guesses, at least, as to why the MD crimes are allowed to continue as they cost our healh-care economy billions - not to mention loss of life and limb and massive pain and suffering. I should add that I am not licensed anywhere. I stopped paying for my California chiropractic license when a man calling himself Michael Schroeder, attorney for the Calif. Chiro. Bd. of Examiners told me it was outside my scope of practice to tell pregnant women that OBs are closing birth canals up to 30%. Not long after, my wife and I moved to Oregon. We did so in part because pregnancy and childbirth are not medical conditions in Oregon - i.e. - licensed and unlicensed homebirth midwives could (and may still?) practice openly in Oregon and my wife wanted a homebirth. See "our Oregonian" below. Incidentally, I was later sued by (another?) Atty Michael Schroeder, former attorney for the Calif. Chiro. Bd of Examiners and author of Rule 302 a Calif. Chiro Bd. regulation which in effect made it illegal for DCs to tell pregnant women that MD-obstetricians are closing birth canals up to 30%. Incidentally, *this* Atty Schroeder's Rule 302 was in effect judicially rubberstamped by 10 MD-obstetricians - as Atty Schroeder defended the Calif. Chiro. Bd of Examiners and his Rule 302. JUST THINK In California, MDs can knowingly close birth canals and gruesomely manipulate babies' spines and sometimes sever spinal nerves (see below) - and Calif. DCs - who used to attend homebirths - can't even sever umbilical cords! For details... See Rule 302, Birth and Trigon/Anthem (Glasscock) - and ACOG's Willett LeHew, MD http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2252 Margie Boulé of The Oregonian wrote: ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 8:02 AM Subject: Cosmetic body piercing/infant circumcision Dear Todd, Thanks for your very interesting e-mail. Unfortunately, I'm on deadline today and don't have time to read it all. Are you from Oregon? I agree with much of what I read in your message...not that I disagreed with any, but I don't have enough expertise on the subject to comment on it all. I have been against automatic infant circumcision since my own pregnancy in 1980. Please let me know if you are from the Northwest. thanks, Margie Boulé columnist The Oregonian I reply further... Margie, What? Why is it important where I was born? Babies are being horribly abused en masse. If you don't see anything you disagree with - please note the obvious MD lies and take action to help stop the abuse. Please talk to Oregon Attorney General Hardy Meyers - find out why he is dragging his feet. More on Hardy below. In answer to your question, I am not from Oregon or the Northwest. I was born in Southern California, graduated UCLA (biochemistry) then moved to Oregon in 1975 and instantly fell in love with it. I moved away and came back about ten years later - to Rose Festival - as an officer aboard the USS Lang. I returned in 1988 and our Oregonian was born. We moved here permanently around 1995. Todd Dr. Gastaldo PS You mentioned that you don't have expertise to comment on all of my post. My post was long but one does NOT need a lot of expertise to recognize obvious lies that underlie mass adult and child abuse by MDs. As I indicated in my first Open Letter to you... Regarding American medicine's "babies can't fee pain" lie... Immediately after I pointed it out (late 1987) MDs finally admitted they were using phony neurology. The fact that MDs also immediately - ham-handedly - anti-Semitically - tried to cover-up (they called for opposition to all religious exemptions after I proposed an exemption for Jewish circumcision) - makes the massive MD child abuse crime even more obvious. California MDs immediately thereafter actually ignored their Scientific Board and by voice vote declared the grisly "no medical indications" procedure "an effective public health measure" - well - like I said - the MD crime is pretty obvious. Oregon MDs are child abusing with the best of them. See Chiro care of baby penises (also: Dr. Poland never sued Dr. Gastaldo) http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2430 BOTTOMLINE REGARDING ROUTINE INFANT CIRCUMCISION The infant screams that MDs cause with their $400 million dollar per year most frequent surgical behavior toward males - routine infant circumcision - are as real as the medical lies used to cover-up the obvious crime. But FAR more serious (than MDs so obviously abusing MALES) is the grisly spectacle of MDs abusing/performing their most frequent surgical behavior toward FEMALES - routine episiotomy - slicing vaginas en masse surgically/FRAUDULENTLY pretending to be doing everything possible to OPEN birth canals - even as they knowingly CLOSE birth canals - up to 30%. This latter, far-more-serious MD crime - MDs knowingly closing birth canals - is the reason I began my article, "First, adult VAGINA piercing..." ADULT VAGINA PIERCING... I wrote: ----- Original Message ----- From: Todd Gastaldo To: Cc: Sent: Wednesday, April 14, 2004 8:44 PM Subject: Cosmetic body piercing/infant circumcision http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2465 First, adult VAGINA piercing... PREGNANT WOMEN: Adult VAGINA piercing (actually, slicing and ripping the vagina - euphemism "routine episiotomy") [- much of it] can be avoided - see the very end of this post... SNIP MY PRIORITY PROJECT STOPPING MDs FROM CLOSING BIRTH CANALS UP TO 30% At about the same time MD body piercers rip and slice most American MALE genitals... They slice and rip most American FEMALE genitals - surgically/fraudulently inferring they are doing everything to OPEN birth canals - even as they CLOSE birth canals - up to 30%... The euphemism is "routine episiotomy" - [but] it is obvious assault and battery by MDs... Trained as a doctor of chiropractic, I am particularly concerned about MDs closing birth canals... With birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%... MDs are violently pushing on tiny spines (with oxytocin, Cytotec and PGE2) and gruesomely pulling (with hands, forceps, vacuums) - with birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%. Some babies die - some are paralyzed - but most "only" have their necks gruesomely wrenched. It's a massive MD spinal manipulation crime. ALL spinal manipulation is gruesome with the birth canal senselessly closed up to 30%. MDs are just academic prime cuts forced through this culture's most powerful mental meatgrinder - medical school. snip Sincerely, Todd Dr. Gastaldo END excerpt of Cosmetic body piercing/infant circumcision http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2465 Margie, MDs knew about what I am talking about early last century.... Harvard obstetrician Arthur B. Emmons, MD wrote in 1913 "[M]oving backward of the tip of the sacrum...enlarges the available space not merely directly in proportion to the distance backward, but more nearly by the square of that distance." [Emmons, AB. A study of the variations in the female pelvis, based on observations made on 217 specimens of the American Indian squaw. Biometrika 1913; 9:34-47.] And here's what was added to Williams Obstetrics at my request: "It should be noted...that the increase in the diameter of the pelvic outlet occurs **only** if the sacrum is allowed to rotate posteriorly, that is, only if the sacrum is not forced anteriorly by the weight of the maternal pelvis against the delivery table or bed." [Cunningham, MacDonald, Leveno, Gant and Gilstrap, Williams Obstetrics Appleton-Lange 1993:285, **italics in original] Unfortunately, the authors of Williams Obstetrics left in their text - in the same paragraph (!) the "dorsal widens" bald lie that first called my attention to their text)!! Dorsal lithotomy is also called "dorsosacral" - the sacrum can't move back - and semisitting is just worse! Until the 70s, the authors of Williams Obstetrics said the pelvic diameters *don't change* at delivery! http://home1.gte.net/gastaldo/part2ftc.html According to Kitzinger [1993] French obstetrician Michel Odent "would never risk a breech delivery with the mother in a dorsal or semi-seated position." ("Our only intervention will be to insist on the supported squatting position..." [Odent quoted in Kitzinger S. The Complete Book of Pregnancy and Childbirth. "conceived, edited and designed" in London by Dorling Kindersley Limited; published in New York by Alfred A. Knopf, Inc. 1993:264] QUESTION: If Odent would never risk a breech delivery with the mother dorsal or semi-seated, why is he silent as "[m]any doctors prefer to deliver breech babies with the woman in the lithotomy position." [Kitzinger, 1993:261] And why does Ms. Kitzinger herself unquestioningly advise semi-sitting (closing birth canal up to 30%) as an option? [Kitzinger, 1993:261] Recently, Hannah et al. recommended that singleton term breeches be taken by cesarean section. http://www.reseau-naissance.com/rsn_...#reduire_siege ARRGGHHH Because breech deliveries are performed in lithotomy, Hannah et al. studied breech births with birth canals usually closed up to 30%. See Hannah et al.'s term breech tomfoolery/Gherman et al.'s fetal radiation fraud http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chiro-list/message/1306 MDs should NOT be blithely telling women with breech babies at term that they need cesareans - it's an option yes - but a blithe recommendation based on studying breeches with birth canals closed - no way! REMEMBER: Obstetricians are KNOWINGLY closing birth canals up to 30%... SIMPLE PROOF that OBs are closing birth canals... According to the Merck Manual: "When shoulder dystocia occurs...the mother's thighs are hyperflexed to increase the diameter of the pelvic outlet..." http://www.merck.com/mrkshared/mmanu...er253/253g.jsp WHY are OBs and CNMwives (nurse midwives) waiting until the head is out and shoulders get stuck before giving the baby maximum pelvic outlet diameter? WHY are we letting OBs and CNMwives force babies' heads through birth canals senselessly closed up to 30%? (An estimated 4.6% of "healthy" term babies suffer unexplained brain bleeds! And babies actually suffer DENTS in their skulls - "pingpong" skull fractures - though most of these dents/"pingpong" fractures pop out.) THE KICKER OBs and CNMwives are KEEPING birth canals closed when babies' shoulders get stuck! The Merck Manual method for increasing the diameter of the pelvic outlet - merely hyperflexing the mother's thighs - is BAD McRoberts maneuver - and BAD McRoberts maneuver does not roll the woman off her sacrum and therefore does NOT increase the diameter of the pelvic outlet! See ACOG birth crime video evidence http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2300 WMPI/JASON GARDOSI, MD Here are the simple grisly biomechanics of semisitting (and dorsal) delivery clearly stated by Jason Gardosi, MD, director of the British National Health Service/NHS West Midlands Perinatal Institute/WMPI... "...the weight of the mother is in part taken on the sacrum which is therefore pushed upwards, thus decreasing the antero-posterior diameter of the pelvic outlet..." http://www.wmpi.net/reviews/oe/oe_shoulder_dystocia.htm Incredibly, the just quoted WMPI site states the grisly biomechanics of semisitting but then RECOMMENDS semisitting delivery (closing the birth canal), as in, "The second stage...You might want to remain in bed with your back propped up with pillows...As you push, try to let yourself 'open up' below..." http://www.preg.info/book/chapter11.htm WMPI/Jason Gardosi, MD is advising women to close their birth canals, then saying: "As you push, try to let yourself 'open up' below..." (!) ON A POSITIVE NOTE: The WMPI site does recommend a version of GOOD McRoberts if the shoulders get stuck... http://www.wmpi.net/reviews/oe/oe_shoulder_dystocia.htm LAUGHABLE: Gardosi says of himself: "Developed new obstetric aid, the 'Birth Cushion', for studying squatting during the second stage of labour." http://www.obgyn.net/board/gardosi.htm In fact, no one squatted in Gardosi's 1989 Lancet "randomised controlled trial of squatting." (!) See Edgbaston (UK) birth fraud (and 'the birth cushion') http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2387 NOTE: At one time, WMPI/Jason Gardosi, MD and his British OB pal Malcolm Griffiths got me censored from an international obstetric listserv for protesting this bizarre obstetric behavior - but fortunately not before two of my articles got posted... See http://forums.obgyn.net/forums/ob-gy...9707/0128.html See also: http://forums.obgyn.net/ob-gyn-l/OBGYNL.9707/0153.html Margie, You indicated you lack "expertise" to comment on a lot of my first post... "Expertise" isn't really necessary to see the obvious MD cover-up lies as mothers and babies are harmed and sometimes killed. If one cares to look further, one finds MD-influenced law enforcement (DAs and AGs) looking the other way - mothers and babies be damned. Oregon Attorney General Hardy Meyers for example... I've written to Hardy numerous times - to no avail... Here is an excerpt of my Jan. 20, 2002 post to Hardy... [Quoting from Hardy's web page] The Victims of Crime Act of 1984 requires each state to certify that priority will be given to programs serving victims of...child abuse. ...For the purposes of Oregon's 1997 VOCA sub-grant process, several categories of crime have been designated as "previously underserved" by VOCA funds...with an "other" category, where an applicant may identify a particular population or category of crime victims that have not been addressed by VOCA funds and are in need of services. http://www.doj.state.or.us/CrimeV/voca.htm (NOTE: The above quote from Hardy's web page appeared in one of my usenet posts, Circ/PARENTS REQUEST IT) http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=e...42301%40new s 1.teleport.com Hardy, PLEASE help. Again, sorry to write such long posts. The short subject line of this one - "Hardy's underpants" - is of course a humorous allusion to the fact that some of your "briefs" are longer. Hopefully, it will cause Jan Margosian to at least open this one and (hope, hope, hope) take this to you personally... END excerpt of Hardy's underpants/Wake the Tiger! http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/1406 I will copy this email to the persons in Hardy's office who were emailed "Hardy's Underpants"... , , , , , , Finally Margie, If you choose to do a column about the obvious adult and child abuse by MDs (and Oregon's Atty Gen'l^^^) that I've brought to your attention, I hope you will consider input from ANYONE who is knowledgeable - regardless of place of birth. ^^^The Oregon Atty Gen'l Hardy Meyer's failure to heed reports of child abuse and his failure to prosecute such obvious child abuse have to be considered child abuse crimes because they perpetuate child abuse (though if Hardy never saw my emails - or didn't have time to read them - I guess he can't be guilty of any crime, right?)... As I noted in my prefatory OPEN NOTE above: I suspect that mass (adult and) child abuse by MDs are subjects too controversial for you to cover in The Oregonian - particularly when Oregon Attorney General Hardy Meyers is remaining silent about the obvious crimes. Margie, I hope you will surprise me - but I doubt you will - hence this second Open Letter. Posting to the usenet is about all one can do when cultural authorities refuse to take action. Newspaper columnists are cultural authorities of a sort. (Again, why is it important where I was born?) Please take action. Sincerely, Todd Dr. Gastaldo Begin SIMPLE PROOF (for Margie) that OBs are knowingly closing birth canals up to 30%... PREGNANT WOMEN: It is EASY for you to allow your birth canal to OPEN the "extra" up to 30%. Just roll onto your side as you push your baby out - or deliver on hands-and-knees, kneeling, standing, squatting, etc. BEWARE though: Some MDs and MBs will let you "try" "alternative" delivery positions but will move you back to dorsal or semisitting (close your birth canal!) as you push your baby out! Talk to your MD or MB about this TODAY. (For further details see the "Criminal medical CAM" URLs above.) MDs/MBs: If you must push or pull - and sometimes you must - first get the woman off her sacrum - off her back/butt. Thanks for reading everyone.
