"Pasco County Amended Rules of Procedure for Family Law Actions"

"Strangers in the Night" (per Frank Sinatra)

instead of more costly method of filing a Petition and Serving on
Respondent.

"Way-Back Machine" (Mr. Peabody and his boy, Sherman)

The name of the time machine needed to start obeying Order telling you to
start doing something seven months before the Order is signed.

"Pasco County Constructive Notice Rules"

Respondents in actions in Pasco County are hereby informed that they are
responsible for checking the Court Files on a regular basis to see if any
Orders or Notices of Hearings have been entered into the Record. Respondents
will be deemed to have Constructive notice of all Court proceedings that
have been placed in the Court Files; it having been shown that a great
public interest will be served, in that the Court, the attorneys, and the
people of the State of Florida will hereby save on postage and copy fees.
