fruit leather
Well, some time ago, someone asked what to feed toddler for snack. We all
had some items on the list. My list included homemade fruit leather. Someone asked me to post the recipe. Sorry, I cannot remember who and my google skills stink. Anyway, I often post from work. But my cookbook is home. So I looked this up on the interweb (as my DH jokingly calls it) http://lancaster.unl.edu/factsheets/116-94.htm The jist is puree some fruit, lay it out on a baking sheet, then bake at super low with the oven door cracked for about 3 hours. Sorry for the delay. I hope this works. If I can remember I will grab the cookbook I got it from. S |
