You know, given the choice between apparently giving children drugs, or
indoctrinating them into the dangerous cult of Scientology, I'd say that's a pretty tough call to make. And I don't see as how a SCHOOL DISTRICT has any business doing either.

A public school system is a "service", defined as a function of servants (i.e., public servants -- the government). Scientology has elevated the quality of life of its participants, not the least of which is because of the Narconon program. I assume that the elevation of the individuals quality of life has been documented (without documentation then you could not prove their lives have been elevated).
