Boy victims of statutory rape
Why do male victims of statutory rape (where the rapist gets pregnant and bears a child) have only two options: 1. Pay child support to their rapist for 18+ years or 2. Sue for custody of the child created by their rape, then being forced to raise their rapist's child for 18+ years? Imagine if female victims of statutory rape were limited to these choices! Torches and pitchforks! Torches and pitchforks! - Ron ^*^ |

When men do crimes against children they are rightfully punished. When it goes the other way, the laws still apply but the people charged with enforcing them seem to look the other way. Just look at states that still have the death penalty. In every case, men are executed at a much higher rate than women. When the odd case comes along that a woman is executed, it becomes a media circus. The bottom line is that women are allowed to slide in almost every area of law. It's especially bad in family law. |
